Mr. Albert Z. Praw has been an Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Business Development at KB Home since October 2011. Mr. Praw is responsible for land acquisition strategies and growth initiatives in 39 markets across the U.S. Mr. Praw served as a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at KB Home since 2002. From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Praw left KB Home to found Landstone Communities, LLC, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Mr. Praw was KB Home's Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Acquisitions (1999-2002); Senior Vice President of Business Development (1998-1999); President, KB Home Greater Los Angeles Inc. (1997-1998); and Senior Vice President and Regional General Manager at KB Home (1996-1998). Mr. Praw holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. While at UCLA Law School, he was a member of the UCLA Law Review and Order of the Coif.
