What do you like best about the leadership team?
nice people to be around
They stay out of the way and let you work there is no constant hovering over you
I think they set goals that keep us moving forward.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start over every body does what they want to do and hr let's them
Start making everyone do they job and respect one of other from different races
Communication and working together to build leadership not followers
Strategy. They're completely blindsided by too many things and always reacting rather than proactively moving the company into new areas.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I only got three other ppl that works with me and we all work very well with each other while the first shift trying ro get all black out this job site
Kind people helper the best team
We all kinda coexist with each other
We are all willing to jump in and help each other out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
(Mostly) Smart people - but some who refuse to understand the work they're doing and instead rely on their limited understanding of things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It really is not the company itself it's the building the actual School that I work at is where all the positive blessings take place
I enjoy the kind people who work for amazon. I love that my manager allows me to be open mined and try doing things my own way.

The one who was giving me the interview was nice and respectful

What makes you most happy at work?
KBS Peyer on time. He respects everything worked
Cleaning for KBS and Amazon
I love all the complements and praises given to me about how well I work. I also love the fact that we can clock in on our cell phones through an application. I really love the food choices as well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication and training for now
Everybody want to be a boss but can't work together to make progress for customers satisfaction
Company has had some very large and public set backs and is laying off 20-30% of the work force. Lot of people who are losing their jobs.
