What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is a very good environment if you fit the cliques. They like to blind side you because employees that have been there in the 5 year range do not know how to communicate adequately but are starting to rise in the ranks.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is okay and ESOP is nice if you plan on being a career employee.

Their integrity and transparency towards their employees and customers
Coworkers on your level are friendly older generation is a good old boys club and the people taking over for them are the same way.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Respectful, no matter what your position in the company is.

Many good people in the company as a whole just a few rotten eggs in the bunch.
