What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very accessible if you speak up and reach out.
There is a real conciseness to address team morale and improve organizational culture.
I have been able to have my needs addressed and the two members of the leadership team I spoke with about an issue were very responsive right away.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to and caring about their employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For a non-profit, KCRW has the most generous 403(b) matching program of any non-profit I have worked for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to earn a living wage.
Better health benefits would make me feel better about compensation, paying roughly $227 a month for just my coverage on the cheapest plan.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best quality, dedicated people to work with.
My team is capable and can make just about anything happen.
Enthusiastic, Smart, Effective, Kind and Engaged
I love that it's a creative organization, and we have so many interesting people coming through on a daily basis.

Continuing to listen to the employee needs and creating a forum or place for employees to be heard.

Working with the committed teams in all the departments. Addressing the organizational challenges and strategizing the necessary solutions.
