Ms. Debra Thorpe, also known as Deb, serves as Senior Vice President of Centralized Operations Management at Kelly Services, Inc. Ms. Thorpe is responsible for leading the Centralized Operations Management team which serves as the delivery organization for KellyOCG??, the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly Services??. She served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Account Operations at Kelly Services, Inc. since January 2015. Ms. Thorpe served as Senior Vice President of Centralized Operations Management at Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group. She served as Senior Vice President of Global Service at Kelly Services, Inc. An engineer by education, Ms. Thorpe transitioned to the staffing industry nearly 20 years ago. After holding management positions with regional engineering and IT staffing companies, she joined Kelly Services in 2007 to oversee Kelly's IT staffing business. She went on to hold leadership positions for Kelly?? in U.S. Operations and Global Service before being named senior vice president for Kelly's Centralized Operations Management team in 2014. Ms. Thorpe has been instrumental in supporting the rise of women colleagues at Kelly as a founding member of the Company's internal business resource group, Leadership in Action (LIA). She serves on the board of directors for HAVEN of Oakland County, a nonprofit organization for victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Ms. Thorpe has been recognized by Diversity Journal magazine as a 'Women Worth Watching' issue. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
