Charles C. Meeks Jr. — Executive Vice President of Solid Capacitor Business Group at KEMET Corporation

Mr. Charles C. Meeks, also known as Chuck, has been an Executive Vice President of Solid Capacitor Business for Kemet Corp since May, 2013 and served as its Head of Tantalum Business Group. Mr. Meeks served as Executive Vice President Ceramic Business Group at Kemet Corp. since May 2011. Mr. Meeks served as Senior Vice President - Ceramic Film & Electrolytics Business Group of Kemet Corp. since June 2005. Mr. Meeks served as Director of Ceramic Operations at Kemet Corp. since August 31, 2004 and Vice President of Ceramics Business Unit since June 2005. Mr. Meeks responsibilities included supervising all ceramic surface mount and leaded product manufacturing operations in the United States and Mexico, including the introduction of new products in Fountain Inn's advanced manufacturing facility and the high volume production of low cost commodity products in Monterrey. Mr. Meeks has been with KEMET 21 years, serving in a number of organizational leadership roles, including most recently as the Fountain Inn Plant Manager. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University.
