Mr. Ronald M. DeFeo, also known as Ron, has been Executive Chairman of Kennametal Inc, since August 1, 2017. He has been a Director of Kennametal Inc. since November 2001 and Terex Corp. since 1993. Mr. served as Executive Chairman of Terex Corporation from March 4, 1998 to December 31, 2015. He serves as a Director of Kennametal Hertel Ag. He served as a Director of United Rentals (North America), Inc. from October 1997 to June 2005. He served as a Director of United Rentals Inc. from October 1997 to June 2005. Mr. DeFeo holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy from Iona College.
