They give the team a sense of clear direction and decisiveness.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Kenshoo has all of the normal base+bonus+options, FSA, 401K match, commuter benefits, daycare spending account - but my favorite is the little bonuses, like the ClassPass membership.
Their philosophy is to pay at market rates and reward performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are some of the smartest, most passionate people I've ever worked with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less meetings, more actionable focus and quicker execution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care about people, not just their output.
Multi-cultural, inclusive and open. Share more information with broader team than any other company I have been at.

Interviews were very conversational, and seem to be more about finding the right fit rather than quizzing you.
