What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple and easy to talk
Tour of the shop. Being able to talk with current staff.
They responded promptly and were willing to listen to you during the interview without judgement.
The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable
there were 5 people asking different questions
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would improve every single thing that they do. They dont have the reliable and capable human beings in any positon when it comes to upper managemnet or HR. None of them had a soul. It cant be that way
