I can only speak on assembly. Its a union shop and management is very hands off. If you can do your job without being micromanaged you'll be fine. Great benefits and pay, plenty of PTO, most people are there to do their jobs and go home.

I loke the job and the people there, its s good place to work.

You can get raises quicky and they really support you when you need them.

They lie to you beyond belief. They make up thinhs to try to write you uo for, and dont check tge other managers notes, because the addition and subtraction of missed days amd missed time from them, was to put it lightly, was so laughable, that a kindergarten attendee would know it was wrong.

It is fair and we are able to have a HSA

Medical, dental, vision. I believe dental and vision are paid entirely by the company. We also have several pto days and paid holidays.

They're overall pleasant to be around. Unlike some other union jobs ive had, no one really has room to screw around and let other people work for them. We all have our jobs and if one doesnt get done, the next cant get done. Accountability is baked right into the model of most manufacturing jobs.

They are willing to share thier knoeledge and train you.

I would improve every single thing that they do. They dont have the reliable and capable human beings in any positon when it comes to upper managemnet or HR. None of them had a soul. It cant be that way
