What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they have my back.
They are pretty trusting and willing to try new things.
I very much like the companies focus on making customer successful, and driving business value, vs just selling product

The tram is Friendly and supportive.
Open and respectful. Willing to listen.
Everyone is open and honest and happy to share information. We meet often and communicate well

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are generally respectful and we have a clear mission.
KETIV started the concept of a wellness day for each employee each month during COVID. They recognized that sometimes you just have to get some time to yourself or get away from things. This was very much appreciated and is a great example of the company thinking of more than just money
Action oriented. Customer centered. Confident but not arrogant.

It was clearly defined and quick.
not very organized - but very comfortable and respectful.
Friendly and open. Met multiple people during the process.

What makes you most happy at work?
I have reaonable control over my hours and feel like i can make decisions.
I feel like I'm in a position were I'm given responsibility and trust. I'm able to do my job withe freedom.
I miss being in the office. but have enjoyed working fro home for over a year.
