Per diem is the best part

Paid holidays would make key a 1# place to be
I knew the pay was going to be average but later in time may change. Satisfied with the benefits.
Actually getting my raise I deserve instead of waiting 5 more years to receive it
Ive been in the oilfieild for 5 years im a very experienced and smart hand! Yet im never given the oppurtunity to move up because they would rather hire guys in who say they have worked said position and never have
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team players, who practice what they preach.
We can all feet along and learn from one another
Supply of necessary materials are getting soon without delay.and capable supervision , daily toolbox meeting and introduction of new technic and equipments to all crew.
My teams were hard working.

Everyones willing to teach eachother
They tend to look after you
