The president needs to realize you can't do your employees they way you do.. these people take care of and do the muscle work for your company you can treat them like you appreciate them

Most of the time it is positive.. there is to much change or miss communication from management and supervisors and admins.. Nobody knows anything and one says things need to be done one way and the other says different.
