I knew the pay was going to be average but later in time may change. Satisfied with the benefits.
Actually getting my raise I deserve instead of waiting 5 more years to receive it
Ive been in the oilfieild for 5 years im a very experienced and smart hand! Yet im never given the oppurtunity to move up because they would rather hire guys in who say they have worked said position and never have

The president needs to realize you can't do your employees they way you do.. these people take care of and do the muscle work for your company you can treat them like you appreciate them
