How employees describe working at Keyhole Software
I was one of the first 20 employees and have been with the company for more than a decade. Things have grown a ton, but I still feel like I'm constantly challenged and work with great people who actually care about how I'm doing. It's a gem of a company and I hope I can retire here.

What do people at Keyhole Software think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
People think extremely well of the co-founders David Pitt & Chris DeSalvo. If you are unhappy with a client they will work to move you, they are very responsive, I have no complaints and co-workers I talk to have few if any complaints.
How's the work life balance at Keyhole Software?
You get paid for every hour you work. Generally clients don't want consultants working more than ~40 hours a week, but if you are working more hours you are getting paid for them (no overtime rate though). So work/life balance is pretty great.
Does Keyhole Software have any remote positions?
Yes, though it will vary based on client needs.
How does Keyhole Software make decisions around promotions?
Flat company structure, labels don't really mean much. Hourly rate based on merit.
How's the vacation policy at Keyhole Software?
Unpaid, though the hourly rate is setup around taking ~3 weeks of vacation a year.
