It rewards individual and Team's efforts

Pay is at market level and they even offered me more than what I had originally asked for, which was more than I'd been asking for in the higher ed industry, so was very pleased with the increased offer!

No guidance in certian roles, understaffed, when you suggest new ideas to benifit the team, they get turned down, and no room to advance.
