What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fast paced and always changing
They are approachable, highly skilled professionals and nice people to work with. I trust their decisions
Incredibly caring and supportive all around
Very kind staff with lots of room to grow
The leaders on my team are very trustworthy, respectful and they all can do the jobs of the people below them so there's no management class.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It rewards individual and Team's efforts
Pay is at market level and they even offered me more than what I had originally asked for, which was more than I'd been asking for in the higher ed industry, so was very pleased with the increased offer!
Money is very good for me
I believe I am paid fairly for the work I do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No guidance in certian roles, understaffed, when you suggest new ideas to benifit the team, they get turned down, and no room to advance.
I do not feel undervalued. I just feel that we could have better benefits

Committed, Lifelong learning, team playing and highly effective
Supportive, caring, ready to lend a hand, creative, collaborative, encouraging, ready to learn, ready to tackle new challenges!
The team is friendly and professional. They are highly skilled and lovely people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusiveness, diversity, socially responsible and supportive
Wellbeing is top priority and they walk the walk!
The most positive thing is that there is a lot of engagement and you have the opportunity to learn a lot and grow
There's a Culture Club Committee that oversees the health and wellbeing of the people in the office.
We are a fast-moving company and employees at Keypath clearly enjoy their work - that shows in the interactions we have with each other and our partners
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value your employees and listen to the employees who are actually doing the work and trying to better the process.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was clear, fair and agile
Very quick and communicative so I felt like I was in the loop and not wondering what was happening or would be happening next
Very structured and covers a lot of behavioural questions
They were kind and considerate.

What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving team's goals and contributing to improve and change students' lives
The thing that makes me most happy is the synergetic overall wellbeing that I have with this role. I am compensated well, so I have less financial stress so I can really focus on my job and be the best version of me for the team and company!
