Very enjoyable when I first started years ago. After the layoffs it has been complete chaos. There is no structure on training, you have to pick up everyones slack with no reward but more work, leadership is set in their ways.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value your employees and listen to the employees who are actually doing the work and trying to better the process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No guidance in certian roles, understaffed, when you suggest new ideas to benifit the team, they get turned down, and no room to advance.
