Mr. John Page has been Senior Vice President at Keysight Technologies, Inc. since November 05, 2015. Mr. Page has been President of The Services Solutions Group at Keysight Technologies, Inc. since November 2015. He served as Vice President of Business Finance at Keysight Technologies, Inc from February 2014 to November 2015. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Nanosys, Inc., from June, 2010 to June 2014. He has over 25 years of financial and corporate leadership, including Chief Executive Officer and Founder of a cloud- based computing company as well as Chief Financial Officer and senior management roles at leading semiconductor and electronics firms. Mr. Page was the Chief Executive Officer and founder of a cloud based computing company. Prior to that, he held numerous financial management roles at leading semiconductor and electronics firms. As Vice President of Finance for Nvidia, he led a company wide re-engineering of its ERP and financial systems and processes. He was also one of the founders and executive staff of Agilent's Imaging Electronics Division, which he helped lead from inception to over $1B in revenue. At Agilent Technologies, Mr. Page was the Division Chief Financial Officer for the Imaging Electronics Division where, as part of the management team, he led it from inception to $1B in revenue. He joined Hewlett-Packard in 1988 where he served in a variety of finance and operational positions. This included Division Chief Financial Officer for the Optoelectronics Division, where he was the financial lead in the creation and launch of the Lumileds joint venture in solid state lighting between Philips and HP. Before that, Mr. Page directed the West Coast operations of the HP World Wide Financial Services Organization, where he led a major overhaul of many of key financial systems and processes in preparation for Y2K. Mr. Page holds an M.B.A. in finance and corporate accounting from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester.
