Mr. Neil P. Dougherty had been the President of Ixia since April 18, 2017. Mr. Dougherty has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Keysight Technologies, Inc. since December 2013. Mr. Dougherty served as Vice President and Treasurer at Agilent Technologies, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. He was responsible for the Agilent Technologies global treasury organization, including corporate finance, cash management, foreign currency exchange, pension investments, risk management and customer financing. He served as an Agilent's Senior Director of Corporate Development from 2010 to 2012. He joined Agilent in 1996 as a Financial Analyst. He served division and business unit controllership positions and served as Agilent's Assistant Treasurer from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, he joined Corporate Development, where he was responsible for domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Dougherty held a broad variety of positions in finance for HP. Mr. Dougherty has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
