Stephen D. Williams — Senior VP, General Counsel & Secretary at Keysight Technologies

Mr. Stephen D. Williams has been Vice President and Assistant Secretary at Ixia since April 2017. Mr. Williams has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Keysight Technologies, Inc. since December 2013. Mr. Williams served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Agilent Technologies Inc. from October 2005 to July 2014. Mr. Williams was responsible for a team which provides legal advice to the company, management and the board of directors in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities law, executive compensation and benefits, employment law, real estate and stock plan administration matters. From October 2005 to February 2007, Mr. Williams served as Corporate Counsel in Agilent's Legal Department. Prior to assuming this position in 2009, Mr. Williams was Managing Counsel supporting the its merger and acquisition activities, securities law compliance and corporate governance. Before joining Agilent in 2005, Mr. Williams spent almost 10 years practicing corporate, securities and merger and acquisition law with law firms in San Francisco and Wilmington, Delaware. He serves as Director of Keysight Technologies. He is an active member of the California and Delaware bars. Mr. Williams received a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
