No benefits, no raises, 2 weeks vacation, reactive and abusive management
No raises ever. No reviews ever. Negative reinforcement and reactive management. 2 weeks vacation and extra hours expected when they need you. No bonuses, no 401k, high deductible insurance. Cash flow problems. Lawsuits and tax problems.
Cost of living is to great for the hourly pay we receive at keystone.
People stop having favorite workers
my team rocks, but the rest of the resort is lacking. There is to much turn around.

The "culture?" There is no culture, only hostility and reactive management. The Ops team does not know the industry and is useless.
When the times are good, people speak more and there are conversations on Skype and slack.
Skiing and Snowboarding is the winter. Biking in the Summer.
Better work environment with others
