Tell your employees the truth.
Telling their employees and their customers the truth. Sharing the vision and answering questions in good times and bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No benefits, no raises, 2 weeks vacation, reactive and abusive management
No raises ever. No reviews ever. Negative reinforcement and reactive management. 2 weeks vacation and extra hours expected when they need you. No bonuses, no 401k, high deductible insurance. Cash flow problems. Lawsuits and tax problems.
Cost of living is to great for the hourly pay we receive at keystone.
