Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is going in a bad way. We don't get paid enough but we have to do the work of several people and get yelled at when we can't. Management isn't helping
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family. We help each other and work together very well
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team is okay, but the bosses are not
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people get along and joke with each other
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to think about their employees and not just their customers
