What is the best part about your compensation package?

I like how much I get paid.

Over the last 3 years, I have grown 325% and the pay is very well compensated. Compared to the market I am paid very well, I lie in the 80+ percentile if compared on several open platforms where details are available. The best part is the fixed amount, its a lot!

Benefits, including home office stipend

Base pay is very good. Commission is also in par with price charged.
