Transparent and down to earth.
Very Gentle, agile, kind, and responsive. Open to changes if needed. There was a global compensation change with a huge compensatory increase to the entire global base based on the feedback from employees. Multiple forums for feedback and are keen on helping the customers feel on top of the world.

Sending correct information up versus what just makes them look good. ELT does not know whats going on.
I like how much I get paid.
Over the last 3 years, I have grown 325% and the pay is very well compensated. Compared to the market I am paid very well, I lie in the 80+ percentile if compared on several open platforms where details are available. The best part is the fixed amount, its a lot!

Inter departments are very open, and helpful. I have seen executives open doors to everyone at the organizations and are keen to respond to all. There is an open door policy and it actually works properly. Be it the CXO org or any other department, all work in harmony.

Lots of opportunities to learn and move to new roles
Everyone works towards the common goal of improving the customer experience.
You are always comfortable. Diversity and inclusiveness. You feel included in all the decisions. The CEO himself will make sure you are aware of all the decisions. Individual managers have been known to be helpful and understanding. There is no issue with getting leaves or dividing the workload.
Employees are treated fairly and worh respect
Cross department interraction. Culture is great, just solid.
Interviewers are friendly. Team discusses a candidate together to make sure we feel good about adding this person as a new team member
The hardest part is the initial test, then a few rounds. If you are decent to have good interpersonal skills, the interview should be good for you. The recruitment partners are very helpful and accommodating. They are gentle and keep updating you with details from time to time during the process.

Working on interesting problems to solve
Working on how to make the customers happy. What makes them tick and how better can we serve them. There are numerous programs, where we look in detail, as to how better can we serve also how better can we keep our employees happy. I am very happy as my opinions matter at the company.
