Environment and culture is great, awesome quality people. The work itself is meaningful, important, and not busy work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ability to become a shareholder to receive dividends, in addition most employees receive profit sharing at year end, as well as 401k matching. Professional brokers have the highest commission splits among all all competing firms in the industry.
