What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have so much faith in me
Very solid and tenured team. Experts in the industry, very savvy and fun to work with.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ability to become a shareholder to receive dividends, in addition most employees receive profit sharing at year end, as well as 401k matching. Professional brokers have the highest commission splits among all all competing firms in the industry.
Great healthcare benefits with different healthcare packages to choose from including HSA and corporate contributions to an employee's HSA account.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock options are very highly priced and limited for enrollment. The qualifications are very stringent for the small amount of return.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very helpful
Tenured professionals who go above and beyond, good judgement, smart, and funny.
Creative, funny, brilliant at what they do, and we all do things together outside of work.

Nice people, not difficult to talk with.
I was asked intelligent, thoughtful questions.
They were open to negotiating the terms of hiring me.
