Mr. Donald W. Van Winkle, also known as Don, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Kimball International, Inc. since November 1, 2014. Mr. Van Winkle served as an Executive Vice President at Kimball International, Inc. until November 1, 2014 and a Vice President since February 2010. He served as the President of Office Furniture Group at Kimball International, Inc. since February 2010 until November 1, 2014. He served as Vice President and General Manager of National Office Furniture from October 8, 2003 to February 2010. He joined Kimball International in 1991 as Kimball Office Furniture Divisional Controller. His career advanced through successively more responsible roles in accounting, finance, administration, marketing, manufacturing operations and branded sales and distribution strategies. Mr. Van Winkle is a 12 year employee and served as Chief Finance, Vice President and Administrative Officer at the Furniture Brands Group since 1999. In that role, he was responsible for accounting, finance, sales and market analysis, facilities, information technology, demand management, financial services, e-business and quality. Mr. Van Winkle is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
