What do you like best about the leadership team?
Engaged in the business, strong team work and collaboration
Nothing seems to be micromanaged, once you know your job, and what you are responsible for you dont have someone constantly over you shoulder.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people who stay are team oriented and try to get along well, those who don't aren't around long enough to worry about. If aomeone has a tragedy death or illness everyone takes a collection or has a fund raiser to help them.

Establish everyone's job and what they are suppose to be doing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The managers who interviewed me were laid back and easy going and made me feel comfortable.
They were friendly and made me feel comfortable.
