Mr. Lonnie P. Nicholson has been the Chief Administrative Officer at Kimball International, Inc. since February 2015 and has been its Vice President since January 1, 2014. Mr. Nicholson served as the Chief Information Officer at Kimball International, Inc. since January 1, 2014 until February 2015 and Vice President of Business Analytics since June 30, 2013. He was responsible for the conduct of ongoing research and assessments of analytic tools, benchmarking best practices, providing strategic thought leadership, coaching and counseling to Kimball International's numerous business units' leaders and operations teams, as well as assisting units with mentoring and internal talent development in these fields. He joined Kimball in 1986 and has held various technical, operational and management positions in information technology and human resources. Mr. Nicholson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Indiana University. Mr. Nicholson holds a professional certification as a GPHR(R) (Global Professional in Human Resources), and performed post graduate work in executive education at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
