Mr. Landenwich served as Corporate Counsel of Kindred Healthcare Inc., predecessor from September 1996 to April 1998. Prior to Kindred Healthcare Inc.'s predecessor, he was in the private practice of law for five years. He is an attorney and certified public accountant. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of PMC Pharmacy Services, Inc. (formerly KPS Kindred Pharmacy Services).
