What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive base pay. They do an annual salary review each year to be sure the company pays with ir abive market. Annual salary review isnt tied to peformance but your future potential. Performance is paid for in bonus structure and spot awards.

Telling it like it is in a way that can be heard, dignity, respect are not only discussed these behaviors are everywhere.

Lot of opportunities to learn and grow
We are all going 100mph because of the massive growth. We are able to build new and exciting things using innovative process and technology. All ideas are welcome and you really feel like you can contribute while being treated with dignity and respect.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had an amzing experience. The recruiting team is really amazing at what they do. They made my experience onsite seamless. I loved the chance to interview with a cross functional team.
The exposure to all levels of employees. They make each step quick but are thorough as it relates to screening for values.
