David M. Fine — Partner at King & Spalding

Mr. David M. Fine serves as a Partner of King & Spalding LLP. Mr. Fine is a Member of the Business Litigation Group at King & Spalding LLP. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings, with an emphasis on financial, accounting, and securities-related matters. His experience includes handling issues of accountant's liability, regulatory investigations, securities class action litigation, insurance coverage disputes on behalf of policyholders, and other business disputes. He has represented clients in state and federal court, in international arbitration, and before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He joined King & Spalding from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where he was Partner. Prior to practicing law, he served five years as a police officer and certified police instructor in upstate New York. Mr. Fine has served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for New York County. He received a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. from Cornell University.
