His practice includes worldwide acquisition and enforcement of intellectual property and advising clients on the enforcement of their intellectual property. Mr. Horwitz earned a J.D. degree at St. John's University School of Law, an M.S. degree at New York University's Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences and a B.S. degree at Polytechnic Institute.
