Mr. Pete Nolan is currently employed at King & Spalding LLP in the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Nolan, a certified public accountant, has nearly 25 years of broad-based accounting experience, including financial management, planning and analysis for one of the world's largest professional service firms. He began his career in 1985 at Arthur Andersen, LLP and was admitted to the partnership at Andersen in 2000. Pete held a variety of positions while at Andersen, including regional, country and area controller, as well as director of global financial planning and analysis. During his career at Andersen, he worked in a number of offices in the U.S., supporting a variety of practice groups, as well as the senior management of the firm. More recently, he served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Arthur Andersen LLP. He had been managing the continuing wind down of the firm's operations as well as the administrative and financial functions of the Q Center, a conference and training facility outside of Chicago. Mr. Nolan graduated from the University of Baltimore with a BS in Accounting and is a certified public accountant in the state of Maryland.
