Reagan W. Simpson is a Partner at King & Spalding's Houston office and serves as a Member of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Simpson's experience includes handling appellate and trial matters in the areas of tort, personal injury, and commercial torts. Mr. Simpson has an active appellate and trial practice in both state and federal courts. He has served as a Lead Trial Counsel in over 45 jury trials, a lead appellate counsel in over 80 appeals, and a lead counsel in mass tort litigation arising out of refinery explosions, chemical releases, alleged toxic exposure, and pharmaceutical products. Mr. Simpson served as a Law Clerk to the late Thomas Gibbs Gee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He holds J.D. with high honors from University of Texas and B.A. with highest honors from University of Texas.
