Executive Bio
Mr. Russell D. Workman has been a Partner in the Houston Office at King & Spalding LLP since January 1, 2009. Mr. Workman was a Counsel to the Litigation Practice Group in the Houston office at King & Spalding LLP. His fifteen years of litigation experience has involved trial and appellate litigation of complex commercial disputes, franchise and distribution issues, oil and gas royalties, environmental issues, deceptive trade practices and commercial torts, securities litigation and class actions. Mr. Workman has won both jury and bench trial verdicts as a first-chair trial lawyer, and his experience spans both federal and state courts nationwide. In addition to representing commercial clients centered primarily in the brewing, oil and gas, and telecommunications industries, he has also represented the State Bar of Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline in prosecuting disciplinary matters. Mr. Workman holds J.D., magna cum laude from University of Houston and B.A. from Rice University.
