Sandra W. Hallmark — Partner at King & Spalding

Ms. Sandra W. Hallmark is a Partner in the Tax, Project and Equipment Finance, and Structured Finance Groups of King & Spalding. She has experience representing corporations and investment banks in structured financing transactions and corporate joint ventures involving partnerships, limited liability companies and leases, including drafting and negotiation of all necessary documentation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hallmark served as Attorney-Advisor in the Legislation and Regulations Division of the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel. Ms. Hallmark received her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University. She received her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a Masters of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University. She is a member of the bar associations of the States of New York and Texas and the District of Columbia.
