What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and honest, constantly gather feedback and make informed decisions from this. The structure is flat and fair with no-one considering themselves above another.

Great benefits package, especially if you have a family as you're so well protected with private healthcare, life cover and income protection

We are very diverse but are very similar at the same time. Everyone is very inclusive and considerate of each other.

They are constantly looking to improve and evolve how they do things and take employees along for the ride.

You get to meets lots of people so you have a good idea about whether you want to work at King or not

The work environment, the trust to do my job and the constant look to improve how we work but with constant support if needed.
