What are some of the best things about your team?
Awesome people. Everyone here is passionate about what they do. It feels like a community.
The team continually pushes for better and better creative quality, measured against technical feasibility, and market demands.
We have a lot of strong teams and they work well together. A surprising number of people have been here for 7+ years.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
KingsIsle is a creatively collaborative, friendly environment.
Everyone is open to new ideas and passionate about building quality games.
It's a fun environment with lots of talk about games, and team organized events like cheese day and cake day.

The people. It's a great group.
Knowing we are supported to invest in quality games. We don't have to cut scope to hit artificial deadlines.
