I align with the companies vision and mission. The staff I work with are great people. The company needs to improve it's culture and how it is working to achieve it's goals. The leadership needs to be ore open to feedback and accepting of the opinions or insights of others.
What do you like best about your company?
The mission and passion of the company for the hospitality industry is wonderful. I think that the goals of the company are admirable but are not being executed in a manner that will be successful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was well structured and allowed me to meet & speak with multiple leaders from different departments of the company. The interview was more conversational and allowed me to speak about my skills, experience, and vision for my career and industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at KitchenSync if full of intelligent, capable, and caring people. Everyone on the staff does their best to help each other and support each other. There is a genuine desire to do well for our clients and provide the best possible service with the resources available.
