What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is a group of problem solvers and they are fun to work with - they are in the trenches day to day and make work enjoyable.
Kind, relaxed and down to earth.

A lot of the co-workers are nice people who are overworked. There is a good amount of trauma bonding happening.
The team at KitchenSync if full of intelligent, capable, and caring people. Everyone on the staff does their best to help each other and support each other. There is a genuine desire to do well for our clients and provide the best possible service with the resources available.
