They are very open to hearing suggestions, they communicate very well and there is a overall feeling that they care about their team.

Making employees feel valued. Stop cutting corners.

Regular increases and a fair review process.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative mindset and willingness to help one another is key.
I just really love my direct supervisor. She is always there when I need to talk. I also like our department head, he is also always open to hearing our thoughts. Across the board they are willing to take a chance and let me try new things!

The people I work with. I enjoy my daily tasks. Everyone is very respectful.

Morale is somewhat low. There is no sense of a company identity, no pride, no pride. Employees are made to feel like our happiness doesn't matter.
