What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Exec team need to either step aside or start to actually listen to staff and customers and facilitate real change.

Remove the shackles of middle and lower management so that they cam do theit jobs.Replace current top management and CEO and bring in young blood.
