Everyone here say hi and smiles at each other and they're genuine. Great family feel.
Flat organization, we act like owners, we feel empowered and have the tools we need to succeed, everyone has a voice in the company and we promote transparency, and have plenty of fun along the way.
We are a collaborative team that promotes transparency and treat each other like family. This is a culture that empowers it's team and we take pride and ownership over our responsibilities.
