Roger Mark Franks — General Counsel, VP - Law & Human Resources and Secretary at KLX

Mr. Roger Mark Franks has been the Vice President of Law & Human Resources and General Counsel at KLX Inc. since December 16, 2014 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Franks served as Associate General Counsel of B/E Aerospace until December 16, 2014. Mr. Franks joined the B/E Aerospace Legal Department in January 2010, where he oversaw employee matters, commercial disputes, compliance and general corporate law. Prior to joining B/E Aerospace, he served as a Director of a mid-size California law firm where he focused on commercial matters including employment law and litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Hass School of Business at University of California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School.
