Mr. McCaffrey served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of B/E Aerospace Inc. since May 1993. He served as a Corporate Senior Vice President of Administration at B/E Aerospace Inc. since May 1993 and served as its Treasurer. From August 1989 to May 1993, he served as an Audit Director with Deloitte & Touche LLP and from 1976 to 1989 served in several capacities, including Audit Partner, with Coleman & Grant. He was a Director of B/E Aerospace (UK) Limited. He served as a Director of BE Aerospace (UK) Europe Holdings Ltd. since February 1, 2008 until November 3,2014. Mr. McCaffrey's professional memberships have included the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California, Colorado and Florida.
