
When I have customers, tell me how comfortable and clean.Their rooms were and the difference in then.Since before I worked they said it's a complete turnaround
When a customer goes out of his way to let me know how nice and comfortable their stay was. Also , i am told how much different (in a good way) it is now..
When the employees actually listen to me
It keeps me very busy
