What do you like best about the leadership team?
The passion for our mission. Our leadership team is always working towards the same goal, which is transparency but not only towards the artists and music creators but with their employees, as well.
Although the office is always busy and in hyper-growth mode, the energy is palpable in the air... from the managers to the executive team, everyone believes in the cause.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Extensive health-care package, long vacations, paid leave, good pay.... it is almost a European based company in terms of its benefits for women and other parts of the company

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are no egos in the company. Regardless of whether I am having a discussion to the SVP or an assistant, my opinions are considered with the same weight as theirs. Also, you can tell that everyone is passionate about music so, it makes it a fun work environment to be in.

What did you like most about the interview process?
You get to meet all the relevant stakeholders and discuss the strategy and overall growth of the company so, I felt comfortable in the company I was joining.

My manager. He is supportive but isn't afraid to challenge me, as well.
